Am I really allowed so many healthy extras? DD is 5 months and she's EBF aside from a teaspoon of baby rice in an oz of breastmilk a day - more for fun than nutrition! She's not dropped a feed or anything.

Should I have 6 or 4?

Thanks in advance!

I think you're allowed them! Have they given you the bf booklet? I'm a target member bu rejoined yesterday and I'm EBF my 3 wo baby, I'm waiting for the booklet but the consultant said she thought I was allowed 5 in total (3 as 2 Bs )

I've lost 15lbs in 9 weeks so far having between 4 and 6 Healthy Extras a day (mostly As - I don't need much excuse to eat more cheese!). I started SW before we started weaning and have slightly reduced how many I eat. My daughter is seven months and usually has 2/3 meals a day on top of breastmilk so I don't tend to have more than 4 a day now. Last week she was refusing solids and just having breastmilk so I cut myself more slack.

Thanks for your replies I missed MN as DD had a virus and it's all about the runny noses lately! I decided to go for 4, and I've lost 7lbs in 2.5 weeks, thanks to superslim soup (Google it!)

Omg can't wait to be able to fit into my old jeans! Although they'll be out of fashion by that stage. I put on so much weight with DD - craved Cadburys Mini Eggs!!
