Joined sw when dd was 3 months and lost 9lbs with it. However I stopped going to class and convinced myself I would keep it up. I haven't. Now we have no scales in the house but im pretty sure Ive it all back on. Basically Im asking for a buddy so we can help eachother out and keep motivated. Ive at least 3 stone to lose. Anyone want to buddy up?

I have done SW a few times before, lost a bit pretty easily then given up for one reason or another. In fact, that what I do with most diets. Most recently I low carbed with the MN bootcamp and even though I stuck to it for months the loss was really slow and I eventually caved.
Start weight was 11st 6, was 11st 4 at first WI and goal is somewhere around 9st. I'm 5ft 4 so first goal is to get back into healthy BMI which is 10st 5. WI will be Friday's. How about you?
