A Spanish pea potato, onion and pepper tortilla. And it is lovely, loads of flavour (smile). Tomorrow, I'll be having it with baked beans for lunch.

The recipe is in the SW world of flavours book, which I have downloaded onto my Kindle for just 2.99 from Amazon. I can type it out if anybody wants it.

Anybody cooked anything good today that they can recommend?

Ooh sounds good, i made a roast, all free too, it was bloody lovely!

I won a copy of the new SW vegetarian cook book and all the recipes in there look amazing!

I will be cooking those over the next few weeks.

I do that tortilla recipe. It's similar to the crust less quiche. I bake it in a silicon cake tin.

Well done on winning the SW book, they can be quite expensive can't they?

I can't believe how I full I feel after cooking SW meals, only been doing it a few days.

We did a roast too, using the Frylite 1 cal spray on the roasties, and loads of veggies. It was lovely :)

Do you like it Bikerunski? Might try the crustless quiche too.

I love eggs, so it's a good diet for me.

Yes the frylight does mean I feel likeI am eating loads of stuff I shouldn't!
This morning I had poached egg and baked beans for breakfast!

I'm not sure how much the cook book should have been tbh, i only joined on thursday and won it at my first meeting!

I have done WW before years ago but found it much more restrictive than SW, so far I am very impressed. We shall see what the scales say on thursday!

I may try the tortilla, it sounds lovely. I also love eggs so it's great for me.

I love it. I'm no longer on SW, but I now eat a lot more eggs than I used to. I bake my tortilla in the oven, so it is dead easy to do after work. Mix it all up, in oven, timer on. Put DC to bed. Tortilla ready.

For 2 people I use 7 eggs.
Some cold, boiled potato, sliced
Sliced up red peppers
A handful of frozen peas
Any other free veg you fancy
Small pot of cottage cheese
Herbs

Beat up eggs and stirring cottage cheese and herbs.
Put everything in a baking dish ( I use a silicon cake tin)
Pour on egg mix
Bake at 200 for about 25 mins.
