Has anyone tried these? They are apparently free if you use your HEB for the Weetabix. I have just made them, and they are nice but a little too sweet for me, so next time I will use less sweetener. I am really struggling for breakfast ideas that I can take to work on a early shift and eat at my desk.

I was having grapes and fat free Greek yoghurt but find it repeats on me a bit so I need somethic get I can make in advance and snack on when I get to work. Any ideas?

Have you tried the overnight oats? You can make that in a jar/box and take to work with you

I have had the Overnight oats. I do like them. I am always having the same things so after some different ideas so I don't get bored. Also, I am a vegetarian too which doesn't help.

I have just 'reset' my weight loss plan on the slimming world online as I have had a bad few weeks. So, I am trying to be syn free during the day and keep syns for my evening meal, and not go up to 15 if possible. I am managing to come up with some ideas but as I don't like tomato or mushrooms it makes finding veggie stuff difficult!

Hard-boiled eggs when you get to work? I'm reliably informed by the vegetarian sat next to me at last weeks meeting that the new veggie cookbook is excellent.

Will have a look at that daffolil. Thanks

very boring but I have muesli and fat free Greek yogurt with chopped banana and strawberries at my desk, or sometimes porridge if I can be bothered to microwave! alpen lights and fruit are also simple and quick.

the quark and egg muffins are delicious cold and you can put all sorts in. I make them with bacon, mushrooms and tomato but most stuff works

My husband eats breakfast at work (following slimming world). He has 3 ryvitta (heb) with reduce fat Philadelphia (hea) and sliced cucumber for breakfast . Some people think it's more of a lunch but actually it's very filling and easy to do at your desk.

Another odd thing we like, is lentil curry cold with any kind of crisp bread. My husband's family are Sri Lankan so lentil curry is the norm for breakfast. Served cold it becomes like houmous consistency so spreads nicely on crisp breads.

Sliced apple with peanut butter spread very very thinly - not sure of syns but someone at group was talking about this.

Also the omelette wedge that's in the summer recipe book is nice and easy to make in advance and easy to eat at your desk.

I like the Philadelphia and ryvita idea. More for a lunch thing though. Thanks.

I do like to have some babybels light for my hea but I could forego them to have something different.

I have made the Weetabix muffins again for breakfast tomorrow. I put less sweetener in so hopefully they won't be as sweet.

Hi, I'm new to slimming world, only on day 2. I keep reading about the weetabix muffins but can't find a recipe. Are you willing to share please? Are they free or do I need to use my syns?

Weetabix muffins

2 Weetabix crushed up. HEB
6tsp granulated sweetner
1 egg
Half a pit of any syn free muller light yoghurt.

I found 6tsp of sweetner too much though and have put 4 in this batch - the yoghurt gives it sweetness.

Mix it all together. Put in muffin tin and bake on 180 c for 25 mins, or until skewer comes out clean.

They are quite moist.

Oh and yes free although the Weetabix is your HEB choice.

Thank you! I will give them a go :-)
