Salad Dressing syn free

Hello,

I don't really like salad but can tolerate it with dressing. However the only salad dressing I can find which is syn free (less than 50 kcal per 100ml) is the hellmans fat free vinegarette.

Any others I can use? I might get bored quickly else!

Lemon juice, balsamic vinegar or fat free yog (with mint /garlic) syn free or low syn is mayo thinned down with lemon or lime juice or olive oil, mustard and vinegar mixed with cold water and shaken vigorously to emulsify.

If you don't like salad, I wouldn't force yourself! There's plenty of other speed veggies you can have instead.

I just use balsamic vineagar which I love! Waitrose does a handy spray one.
