Advice needed - staying away from home.

I joined SW last Friday and did really well over the weekend at home.

My job takes me away from Monday morning to Wednesday lunch.

I am fine with the choice of breakfast in the hotel - scrambled egg, tomatoes, lean bacon etc, but struggle for the rest of the day.

There is no supermarket nearby to get fruit and I can get a shop bought sandwich at lunch (packed with syns).

Evening meal is difficult, but tonight I was ok with steak, jacket and salad.

Is anyone else in the same position and can offer any advice on how you manage?

Thanks

I'd take the fruit with me. Buy slightly under ripe bananas, apples pears - low prep fruit,.how about alpen bars in there.
Don't eat you hex b at breakfast if possible, keep it for lunch in case it's a sandwich buffet.
Ask at the restaurants you eat at for grilled no butter etc. Even if you had Indian meal, chicken tikka, plain rice and salad is ok.
Make sure there's a freezer meal for Wednesday night so your not faffing when you get in.
