I'd take the fruit with me. Buy slightly under ripe bananas, apples pears - low prep fruit,.how about alpen bars in there. Don't eat you hex b at breakfast if possible, keep it for lunch in case it's a sandwich buffet. Ask at the restaurants you eat at for grilled no butter etc. Even if you had Indian meal, chicken tikka, plain rice and salad is ok. Make sure there's a freezer meal for Wednesday night so your not faffing when you get in.
