I'm getting a bit sick of eggs now

Only been with SW a short time and I'm feeling a bit sick of the thought of eggs. It's eggs all the time, every day. When I close my eyes I see eggs. When I sleep I dream of eggs, my fridge is full of them, nearly all my recipes are full of them. Argh!
What else can I have? I can't eat a high fibre diet so other stuff is out, too. I'm living on eggs and Muller lights (it feels like)

I've only eaten eggs a couple of times since I started two weeks ago.

I eat Nimble wholemeal, marmite, beans, tomatoes for breakfast or Turkey rashers sandwich. Plus yoghurt, satsumas, bananas.

Lunch is either sushi or baked potato with salmon, salad, meats.

Dinner is lots of different veg, potato, meat or fish

I too am eating 2 muller lights a day - god I love them Grin

I don't have eggs apart from sometimes at breakfast and in a quiche recipe I made last week. I would say they're easily avoidable - but also very versatile.

What do you like to eat?

I eat lots of spiced chicken like cajun buterfly chicken breast, vegetable currys, beans (which I guess are out if you're looking for low fibre options), pasta dishes with a simple arribiatta or tomato sauce, roast dinners, chilli, homemade burgers, all day breakfasts, jacket potatos with all sorts in but today was light mayo, salmon and prawns with a mixed leaf and very ripe plum cherry tomato salad, breakfast today was a bacon buttie (used my healthy b for a wholemeal roll) with more very ripe cherry plum tomatos.

Tea tonight is heck chicken italia sausages (1/2 syn each) with mash and some sort of wild mushroom, herb and leek concoction i'm yet to throw together.

If you're very fibre restricted could looking at the SP (speed and protein) plan meals help inspire you.

I can't eat too much fibre either. Do you use a fodmap list for the best veg & fruit to eat.? I found it really useful.

Yes I'm using the fodmap now and have started to find recipes that I can make now. Haven't had an egg for two days now which is good!
