I have fybromyalgia and my weight has increased by at least a stone since my diagnosis last December. It's very depressing so although I already eat healthily, I'm now looking at some extra help & a friend suggested SW ?

Yes, it can be slow if you've complications. I've got thyroid issues but lost 5lb since new year.
I take my weight over a month that allows for girl issues / fluid etc.
There was a lady in my group who suffered like you but was losing the same as me.x

Doing better than I thought I would. I had total thyroidectomy a few years ago and have piled weight on ever since. Fingers crossed its working so far I'm 20.5 lb down since christmas!
