Donor kebab from memory lol
Onions and mushrooms and peppers in a pan (I added peas too)
Once soft transfer to food processor add 5% fat mince with garlic parsley paprika ground ginger curry poweder and cinnamon.
Mix till smooth then transfer to a loaf tin (I couldn't find mine so it's in a cake tin) press done cover and chill for min of 4 hours - 24 is ideal. One ready cook at 150 for 1 hour then slice up .
I'm serving with SW chips slice salad and gherkins.

It's was nice husband went for seconds but it did lack the fatty greasy ness of a real one lol.
What did you have? X

Lolly90 Sat 17-Jan-15 22:49:31

Ahh the greasy taste makes it good lol. We had roast chicken lots of veg and some roast potatoes (gotta love an actifry). X

crystal85 Sun 18-Jan-15 10:03:57

Lasagna was the best so far husband had seconds and took some to work and slice left over I gave to dad for lunch next day and even he said was really nice.
I've been debating an actifry but not sure if just it enough for the price do u use it offen?
We got a roast today cooking for 7 lol

annielostit Sun 18-Jan-15 11:01:15

I got an actifry and use it everyday. For chips roasts, cooks sw chicken in smash & couscous, sausages. It crisps up jacket potatoes. I'm on my 2nd 1.

Lolly90 Sun 18-Jan-15 13:36:21
