Hi everyone, I've been trying to stay on slimming world for a few years now but finally decided enough is enough and need to change my ways also don't want to be this heavy when I have children so I can actually run around with them.
The only thing I'm really stuck on is lunches and snacking. I have problems finding ideas for lunch to take to work, I don't have any facilities at work ( other than a kettle!) so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Thank you in advance

Hey Hun
Well done for deciding to stick to it this will be my 3rd time round and I'd need to lose a stone just to get back to my starting weigh lol.

Lunches are my problem area 2. But I've ordered some ice pack (flat and lay in lunch box) cheap off amazon so I know my lunch will stay fresh but I guess it depends what you like loads of ppl suggested mug shots to me but I can't stand them.
I do like ryvita with low mayo cucumber and prawns I take it all separate and make it up there (you see y ice pack neede) or I make a seafood stick and tomato sandwich bread as Hb
Also have a lot of sliced ham (cooked myself) with salad and boiled egg. If I haven't used my HB I take a alpine light bar as well (one at lunch then one after dinner) plus a fat free yougut sometimes with fruit in.
Sorry that's all I got im not very good with lunches myself xx

I've started making home made pot noodles that are free and I can just add hot water too and it's great. I forgot I could eat ham and meat as some of its ssf isn't it? Xx

If you get bella mag this week membership is free you'd only have to play £4.95 for first week and it's all your books free. It cost more than that to try but them offline. Xx
