Lost two and a half stone and am now sabotaging

I've my scans coming up (tumour removed last year), it's cold, retreating into the old distraction of feeling angry and depressed about having overeaten. Just can't stop! Scans not until 5/1

Firstly, be kind to yourself. You've had a miserable time and I'm sure the last thing you want to worry about is what to eat. If you do eat too much of the wrong thing, don't beat yourself up. Just think it's only one meal out of all the meals there are that week and draw a line. I tend to stick to the Extra Easy plan but if I'm feeling extra hungry, I have a Green day and have loads of carbs and an extra 2 pieces of bread and that fills me up! Also use syns flexibly - if I have a few too many chocs one day, I stick to plan for the next couple of days at least! Good luck with your scans and hang in there.
