I start tomorrow

Thank you for the replies on my oter thread. I'm going to my first meeting tomorrow.

I'm quite nervous but feeling positive too.

What meals would be good for the first week? What do you have for lunch I normally have sandwiches but id like more variety.

Make a list of what you normally eat.
See what things are equal to the free food list or how it can be adapted.
Plan your meals including breakfast think - eg-
B boi!ed eggs toast heathly b choice
L baked potato tuna salad
D spag bolognaise
Snack- fruit 0% yogurt ham slices
Teat 2 finger KitKat 5.5syns.
It might look like this.

I make up batches of soup and use my b choice bread with it.
A easy one I started with broccoli and Stilton
Fry 2 large onions in frylight until brown then add big bag of frozen broccoli add 2 chicken or veg oxos and simmer, as you take it off boil add 3 blue cheese laughing cow triangles and blend. This makes about 7 portions for me and i freeze it.
Tuna/ham/prawn/egg salad with pasta or jacket potato.
