Slimming world no loss

Have had third weigh in and lost nothing this week although I lost 10lbs over the past two weeks. I expected at least 1lb. I have about a stone to get to target. I haven't cheated, have had 6 syns a day, had my HEs, made soup with speed veg in it. I'm wondering if to cut portions down, but don't like to go hungry. Any suggestions as my consultant seems useless and just suggested more speed soup. hmm

I think sometimes that just happens. You have had two huge losses in the previous weeks so you are obviously doing something right. Just keep doing what you are doing this week and see what happens next week. Blips do happen to everybody.

With just a stone to goal you shouldn't be aiming for big losses every week. It might take a while to get the losses you want but you should be looking long term eating not be slimmer over night. Look how much you've lost in 2 weeks and don't cut back on food. Sw doesn't work like this.

Maybe try upping your syns, which I know sounds odd! I use 10-15 a day. What annie says is so right, don't cut back on food.
