off to morrisons, what essentials do I need?

We're starting tomorrow on the easy plan as were ttc and both resemble humpty dumpty!!!

Frylight and extra lean mince (less than 5% fat)!

Lots of veg to make soup (potatoes, carrots, onions, parsnips, butternut squash, celery etc), jacket potatoes, baked beans, lots of eggs (for omlettes/scrambled egg for breakfast etc), prawns, chicken & v.lean meat, rice, pasta, lots of fruit for snacking, fat free yogurt & some alpen light bars for when you need a sweet fix!!
