Can someone please tell me what are the official SW options on HEA and HEB? Keep getting conflicting info :/ Thanks x

There are loads but to give you an idea:

A - 350ml skimmed milk /250ml semi skimmed/ 175 whole milk
30g cheddar/double Gloucester/ emmental/ Gouda/ Granada padano/gruyere/Parmesan/ red leicester
35g Edam/ halloumi. 45g feta/ mozzarella
40g reduced fat cheddar
4x dairy lea light slices
4x light dairylea triangles / 3x original triangles
6x laughing cow extra light triangles
2 small tubs philly light

B - (way to many to list there are 6 pages! shock)
Cereal - all bran, bran flakes, fruit n fibre, puffed wheat, shredded wheat, shreddies, porridge oats, weetabix
69g any whole meal bread
2 alpen light cereal bars, 1x Special K chewy bar,
Dried/ canned fruit
1 tbsp olive oil
