Sorry - posted too soon.

I have a couple of questions:
- Will the pack include info on how to do EE dairy free?
- Can I use the info to adjust for DH - he wants to do SW with me but adamant about not going to a group.

The other option is online but I don't have a working computer ATM - just my iphone - would that be ok or irritating does anyone know?

Is there no way you can get to a group? I have tried SW on my own before (borrowed the book from a friend) and didn't get on anywhere near as well as I have by going to group - that support really does make a difference. And if you are going to be joining in a few weeks you would still need to pay the joining fee and get a new pack, so would end up paying twice.

That said, if you really can't get to a group, then yes, the pack does have most of the info you need, but if you need specific info on dairy free then you might need the website. Maybe join online, see how you get on with the website/app, then you might be able to 'convert' your membership when you are able to start going to a group?

Hi Debbie,

Thanks that is helpful - I can imagine the group really helps. I have 11 WH old DD and no childcare at the time of the group. She's quite chilled but I think an hr ir so would be a stretch. Even when happy she coos loudly!

Online is an option but most costly. Will ponder.

Take baby to group - have the pram with you but cuddle her during the talking part if necessary. You don't have to stay for the full group (a lot at my group only went for the weigh-in) so aim to stay but leave if she gets ratty.

I managed to stick to sw while at the groups, never managed it once I quit and tried to just do it myself at home, the support really does make a difference smile

ladies in my group love when someone brings a baby in! Take a feed and a nappy and go!
