Hi all,

My sister has just hit her 3st mark with sw, after trying numerous diets, and this has made me think I'd really like to give it a go. I had thought I would go to a local group as DSis said that the weekly meet was a huge incentive and help for her, but I can't get to any of them due to DH's shift patterns. Has anyone done it online? How does it work in contrast to the groups?

I'd really appreciate any 'insider' info! I've got a 12w old DS2 and am into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes, but I'd really like to get back to my pre-DS1 things! I think that means about a three stone loss, if that makes a difference...

You don't have to go to the same group each week, would it be possible to go to say 3 different groups and just choose at the start of the week which one you would do that week? I've also seen plenty of people take their children along so maybe do that?
