Honey??? Syn. Free or where does it place?

Coming down with a cold and need to have lemon and honey (Hot) to fight it. Not sure where honey comes though as I know you have to count cough drops and the like as your syns.

I use honey on my cereal and think it's 1syn per level tsp (from memory - it's in the book)
