So I've had a really bad struggle with my weight.. I am now 7 stones heavier than I was pre children. I have 3dc, I'm a single parent working full time and I'm wondering if there is anyone who would be my supportive friend? We can exchange email/numbers after a while..

When I used to do sw, it was red and green days and it looks like its all changed. So I've just joined online and am printing out the free food list ect. I am going to start tomorrow! I WILL LOSE WEIGHT! (Def spurred on by the fact I was so uncomfortable in the heat today grin(

I'm starting today too, though not joining as I can't afford it at the moment.

Would love some support too so I'm in grin

I have a starting goal of loosing two and a half stones, and a dream of loosing three and a half. I'm struggling to get into my size 16 clothes and look like a barrel hmm

My downfall is crisps and chocolate and wine and cake and sweets and curries and puddings and pizza and pastry

Wahoo! I've done ok today. I've had 2 fajita wraps though, googled the syns as 6 each.. So that's used up todays syns. I feel full so I'm happy. The other diets had me weak on my knees!

Well I hear sw can be so versatile and you can basically make your own versions of your favourites. I heard you can make crisps?! Though my downfall is once I have a little of something then that's it and I go crazy eating!

I'm focusing on 3lb a week.

I had some wine and crisps last night, confused which is disappointing after eating salad fir my DD b'day party tea.

Melon and cherries for breakfast, and I'll have a mulletlight for mid morning snack.

Hello, I'll happily be your friend. I've lost just over half a stone in 5 weeks. It was quicker at first and now seems to be slowing down sad I know I need to stop drinking wine as I am eating really well! I have stopped craving crap though, which is a good thing, but seem to slow down before and after my period, then speed up a little after. It is slowly going down though. I started at 11st10 (only 5ft3) and am now fluctuating between 11st3 and 11st1. I guess I should be pleased but I am very impatient. I weigh every day, which I know is frowned upon, but it helps me to establish patterns, spurs me on when I am doing well, and gives me a little kick up the bum when I'm not. Good luck, and feel free to chat/vent!x

That's good if you have stopped craving rubbish! I want that time to come! I also weigh everyday and know I should only do it weekly. I love quick results, but it's gotten me no where. Yes I've lost 11lb in a week.. And then put it back on in 2 weeks .

I went to a BBQ today and had more than I usually should, but I didn't go crazy.
