3.8yo wakes 3/4 times a night -desperate for sleep!

DD1 has been waking up to 4 times a night fro the past 5 or 6 weeks and i am on my last legs. she goes to bed fine, but stirs anytime from 11.30. she calls out, sometimes still asleep, but other times shotiing because she can't sleep. she doesnt usually get out of bed but will not settle until i have gone in and reassured her.

I am exhausted. I have finally got DD2 (8mo) sleeping through the night, or only waking for 1 feed; that i can cope with. But having now started back at work, i cannot cope with this many night wakings. too top it all, DD1 is shattered too, but still gets up at 6.
can anyone help us break the vicious circle?o

My 2 year old also doing this. Wakes insists on bottle. Wakes insists on bring changed. Wakes for another bottle. and may wake again...... Am also at mt wits end as is my DH. Getting in late to work as am so exhausted. hope someone can help
