Saplings Glider Crib - Anyone else had problems?

Thought I would post in here as I will get more people then if its in products.

We put this together last night and one of the long wooden bars is too small for the bolts to stay in.

Has anyone else had this? I ordered it 3 months ago and we have only just put it together (after weeks and weeks of begging dp to do incase something was wrong)

Did you just get a longer bolt or contact Saplings? Thanks.
