DD went into a bed on Sunday. She is mostly doing ok once she is asleep but getting her to stay in bed, especially for nap time is proving difficult.
During the day when she was in her cot she would just bumble around until she fell asleep but now she just seems to crash around the room, and if we are really lucky eventually she'll drop off. I've just checked on her after 2 hours of trying to get her to go down and she is asleep on the mat beside her bed. She is also often to be found kneeling on the floor with her head on the bed.
Any tips on getting her to go to sleep. We've never had to do anything as for the most part she has usually gone off by herself, even after an hour or so. I wonder if this is the end of nap time? She does still seem to need it, and to be quite honest DH and I need it! (We both work part time and share care of DD).
