As some of you may know, I've been having problems with my son who is sixteen weeks this Saturday for the last month. He was sleeping well at night but that's all gone wrong now and his naps have cut right down to 45 minutes if i'm very lucky, 20 minutes if I'm not. After reading every sleep book ever written- baby whisperer (both of them) Jodi Mindell's book, Elizabeth Pantley etc etc I have decided to make myself feel even more of a failure and have purchased Marc Weissbluth's book. Have started reading it today, although text is all blurry cos I'm so sleep deprived, and things he says seem to make sense. Before I embark on yet another stategy to enable myself and my son to get some well needed kip please can anyone tell me if his suggestions work? I don't know what i'll do if I fail again. Many thanks.
