We moved our daughter, (2yrs 3mths) to her first "big bed" and new bedroom about 3 weeks ago. She has taken to it really well and we have no problems getting her to sleep. However, since moving rooms and beds, she has started waking at 5.30am when it used to be 7am. Nothing else in her routine has changed. The room has blackout blinds so is fairly dark.
Whether or not she has a day time nap doesn't seem to have any effect.
Whilst I know I am very lucky she sleeps as well as she does, does anyone have any tips for getting to stay in bed a bit longer?
