Hia everyone know u have heard it a million time before but my 8 month old just wont sleep through the night. At around 4 or 5 months we did some controlled crying at night and she did learn to settle her self and sleep through (although i was actually in tears a few times listening to her cry down the baby monitor and trying not to go in) But the sleeping through only lasted about a month. She will usually only wake up once or twice (maybe more if shes teething or has a cold) and she will take 3-4 oz, its not habit as she wakes at different times each night, sometimes 12 sometimes 5am, When i place her in her back in her cot she will scream blue murder and it breaks my heart to walk out of her room but she settles very quickly when i do. Ive tried water but she is having none of it, she is quite chubby and eats well so def getting enough food, she sleeps around 2.5 hours a day and i make sure she goes down early if she is really tired. We have tried the controlled crying again abit but about a month ago i left her to cry and she projectile vomited everywhere, i still havnt got over the guilt of it and it makes me so upset to even think about it so that isnt really an option.
Any suggestions? Know once or twice a night isnt too bad but it takes me so long to get back to sleep im just so tired and irritable all the time, what i wouldnt do for one full nights sleep!!!

I'm sorry but it's perfectly normal for an 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, etc. month old to wake up in the night. If you want "one full night's sleep" have her dad go in to her, let her spend the night with her grandparents, etc.
