My 7 month old little girl is waking in in the night! HELP!

For the past 6 weeks my 7 month old little girl is waking throughout the night! She's gone from sleeping all the way through the night to waking up every few hours. Recently she's waking at 3am and is wide awake. We've tried giving her cool water / changing her nappy / ignoring her but she doesn't settle until she's got a 7oz bottle of milk in her mouth and then she drinks the lot! She then returns to bed and sleeps through till 7am ish. She's on 3 solid meals a day, plus milk feeds! She's obviously hungry in the night - but I can't think that I could fit any more feeds in during the day! Any suggestions?????

Have you tried givng her a dream feed when you go to bed? Might help.

is she showing signs of teething? my Ds slept through until the teething pain started and like your lo he could not get back to sleep without a bottle of milk. we just went with the flow as he is a sensative little thing. when teething was at its worst we did calpol in the night as well.

oh forgot to mention still doing shush/pat and that helps a lot.
