My DD (just turned three) has never been one to go to sleep without any fuss. I put her to bed about 8 and read her a story, but then she wants to get up and play in her room. If I insist she stays in bed she makes a big fuss and says she can't sleep. If left alone she'll then play in her room until about 10:30 when she'll call for me to tuck her in to bed. I don't think she's getting enough sleep. She's recently been a bit naughty at nursery and they think she's tired. We get up quite late (about 8:30am) and I always have to wake her up. Also, recently she's been shouting for me to go up stairs to her every few minutes. I don't like ignoring her, so I do go up (much to DP's disgust). Has anybody got any ideas how I can encourage her to go to bed earlier?
