Or do you mean an actual doctor?

Hi there, I can recommend someone that I used twice! Both of my children have different problems with sleep. However, my firstborn had precisely the same problem waking up at 4/4:30 am for months and months!! We were so tired and couldn't cope! A friend of mine recommended this excellent sleep consultant Daria. I wish I had done it earlier! She helped us to identify the sleep issues, explained a lot about sleep biology, and helped us to extend his morning awaking!
With our second, she was waking up every hour; again, Daria was so supportive and knowledgeable about sleep and child development. We had some attachment concerns with my son, but Daria put our minds to rest, so many new parents worry too much!
Daria is well educated, and her work is based on research. The email consultations after the visit were excellent! She was so patient with my almost daily emails! She offers phone calls too. Honestly would wholeheartedly recommend Daria; she is lovely. Send her an email; hopefully, she will be available! I know she is mostly fully booked. I hope this helped and good luck!

@fatedestiny on here is great. I'm fairly sure that's what they do in real life! Although in my sleep deprived state I may have misunderstood. Either way worth an ask.
