He's ten months old. I also have a two year old to consider.
7am - wake. Breastfeed
7.45am - breakfast
10am - breastfeed. May fall asleep at boob but wakes if I put sleeping bag on.
10.30am - nap. Wakes naturally after at least 45 minutes.
11.30am - lunch (is at this time to coincide with my two year old's lunch time at nursery, where she is two days a week)
(12.30pm - the two year old naps, again to coincide with nursery timing)
1pm - breastfeed
2.30pm - nap. Like the morning one.
4pm - breastfeed
6pm - dinner. We all eat the same things and cooking once a night is plenty! What with work and older children this time is pretty much non negotiable.
7pm - breastfeed when ready for bed. Usually falls asleep on breast, transferred straight to cot. Sleeps in cot next to my bed. Most common wake time is approx half one. I'll just put white noise on and go back to sleep as will he. If I feed him now he'll wake at half five ish. He'll then wake again at any time from half two to half three at which point I'll feed him in my bed then put him back in his when done. He'll then wake again at any time from 6.15. I mostly ignore him and put the white noise on again. Might go say shh to him and lay him back down once or twice makes no difference. He gets quite upset thought he'd get over it in a day or two but no such luck.
He eats well when he likes something. Varies from a few bites to a small bowl. Mix of spoon feeding and hand-held stuff depending on what's on the menu.
Went to this schedule over Xmas so due back at classes and daytime activities soon so eek to fitting those in (we go for morning things).
Sorry that's long! Thanks
