Hello my dd has entered the dreaded sleep regression. She is waking every 1.5 hours through the night. Before this she was waking at 2 and 5 for a ten min breastfeed then straight back to sleep. I think it’s all my fault, she feeds to sleep, and will fall asleep on me within minutes, she can’t fall asleep by herself. I have read so much on the internet that I am confused. She has a dummy. Any advice would be great, annoyed with myself as everyone says ‘you can’t spoil a baby’ I feel like I am now paying for this.
Our routine is currently messed up due to Christmas holidays, normally we do the school run (her in a baby carrier) 8.10-9 then 13.30-15.30 she was generally waking at 7.30 asleep on the walk, nap about mind morning (11ish) nap on the second walk then about 5ish then bed (asleep on me downstairs) 19.30 then upstairs to bed 22.00. Now it’s all gone to crap and no one is sleeping
