Has anyone used Just Chill Baby Sleep before?

Hi, just posting to see if anyone has used the just chill baby sleep method before? My 6 month old DS has never napped in his cot and since the four month sleep regression has been cosleeping with us at night (I know I know)
I’d like to transition to him sleeping in his cot at night and eventually all naps as I’ll be returning to work in a few months. The course is quite pricey so I’d like to hear some stories before I purchase if possible!

I bought their 6-9month online course one morning at about 0300 when I was utterly broken from the 4 month sleep regression!

I think it depends what you’re looking for really. I’d say it has a basic overview of the physiology of baby sleep, a suggested basic day time routine to follow and 2 “settling methods” (sleep training methods to choose from.) I wouldn’t say either of them were particularly “gentle/gradual.” I wanted results quickly though so that was fine with me.

I must admit I was swayed by all the positive reviews on the website from people saying things like “this is amazing, after 3 nights my baby was sleeping 7-7!” I’m still waiting for this though..

I don’t use the routine but followed one of the methods when my DS was just over 6 months old and there was far less crying that I thought. On the first night he fell asleep after 25mins (not crying constantly, and when he did it sounded annoyed rather than distressed) and since then he’s fallen asleep within 10mins. I do think sleep is developmental though and their sleep needs can change so much, so falling asleep independently doesn’t guarantee sleeping through the night. Mine still wakes once for a feed (millions of times better than his 5-13 wakes per night before though!) I used the same method for naps, they were harder to get on top of but he’s grand now. (Especially now I think he’s just coming out of the 10month regression, the last month has been tough!)

Don’t remember seeing anything specific about co-sleeping (I might be wrong but haven’t logged in for a while.) Overall it’s easy to follow and much cheaper than a sleep consultant if you’re happy to just get on with it yourself.

I also bought the 6-9 month course and I have to say the first night we started it took 32 mins for my little boy to fall to sleep on his own without me (which was amazing in itself), and he slept through for the first time EVER (at 8 months). Ever since bar sickness or teething he has slept through.

We are now however having trouble with early waking now he is sleeping through (5/5:30 am)... I know it could be much worse than 5AM so trying not to moan too much!

I bought it after a particularly horrendous night and was quite disappointment with the content, bar the settling methods all the information I already knew from free resources - her q&as, podcasts on sleep from the parent and baby coach, and sleep books (can you tell im desperate for more sleep?!)
So far it hasn't worked for us. Have tried to stick to the routine but she only naps for 30 mins so 3 30 min naps in a day isn't enough for us and although I can settle her to sleep in her cot (sometimes) using shush pat i can never resettle her after night wakings. I currently have a very clingy baby who likes to be help firmly a lot if the night and can't see this training working for us any time soon, I think she needs to develop a bit more and then will reattempt

Ahhh this is my worry! If I put him down in his cot he will sleep for a short time but I can’t resettle him once he wakes 😩

I also bought a course from Just Chill and found it very basic. Our friends recommended we try the courses offered by Lucy Wolfe and found her to be cover more situations especially around resettlement, illness and stages like teething. Happy to say we made good progress with Lucy's approach.

We've used Chill Baby sleep and we were utterly disappointed. It costs £400 and you can get their advice for free on the internet (youtube etc)
Basically they gonna tell you to try settling in with the child in the bedroom by putting them in the cot and the second option is just to leave them crying by themselves in the room. Katie, the woman we spoke too said this is the only proof method to work, however, I'm still to find evidence to back this.
Nothing in regards to our baby's bedroom is asked, the temp of the room, lighting, is out street noisy or quiet. It was just a 1hr chat on the phone and they offered assistance over WhatsApp messages. the summary of the meeting is sent in a WhatsApp message!! This is just a big rip-off. Avoid!!

Hello, I just wondered if anyone who bought the 6-9month course wouldn’t mind sharing the suggested daily routine page with me if you have a minute? Would be much appreciated 🙏🏻
