6 year old DD falling out of bed

Over the past couple of weeks my 6 year daughter has started falling out of bed. She’s been fine in a full size single for 2 years. This is new occurrence. The past week it seems like it’s almost every night , most common just after she has drifted off . Should I be worried ? Any ideas ?

Does she sleepwalk ?
Do you have a roll out bar ?

A pool noodle under the fitted sheet on either side of the bed is meant to work well.

A pool noodle is a great idea. We have one that unsurprisingly is getting very little use right now ! We don’t have a bar as it’s not normally a problem. It’s why I’m a bit concerned, it’s suddenly a regular thing . She gets up and goes to bathroom in the night and don’t think she’s really awake so I guess that could be classed as sleepwalking .
