Newborn bedtime

At what time do you put your newborn to sleep for the night? I keep my 2 week old in the living room until midnight, while my DH catches a few hours of sleep, then take her up. She cluster feeds all evening, then sleeps a good stretch until 4 or 5 am. Im curious to see what other mums are doing. When did you introduce a bedtime routine?

I didn't introduce a bedtime routine until about 8 weeks old and a fixed bedtime only started around 4/5 months old.

We did bathtime at 10 and a last feed between 10.30 and 11pm. Kind of went with the flow for the first 6ish weeks.
