Hey hoping for some help!
My 4mo ds was waking once in the night and having 4 solid hour naps in his crib up until about a week ago. He now struggles to nap longer than 20 mins in his crib and wakes 2-3 times at night after an hour of getting him to sleep in his crib in the first place. I'm guessing this is the 4 month sleep regression but I was wondering whether there is anything I can do to help it get better- I.e really persist with more/longer day naps (?) or if you just have to wait it out til it gets better? Any advice appreciated:)
