Baby is 14 weeks old and we're three nights in to what I'm assuming to be four month sleep regression (gone from being the most amazing sleeper doing 6-6 and now still goes down beautifully but wakes repeatedly from 11pm onwards) he's not waking up crying or distressed or wanting milk, he's just wide awake and chatting to himself and doing his new favourite trick of kicking his next2me crib like thumper so it sounds like a trampoline in the bedroom! Sometimes he will settle again by me putting the dummy in or playing Ewan but particularly the later/early morning wakings usually involve me lifting him out for a cuddle which makes him fall asleep within minutes (don't know if I'm doing the right thing here but otherwise I think he'd genuinely be awake for the rest of the night!)
Anyway I've deviated a bit here! What I'm asking is how long did the regression last for your baby? I know I'm only three nights in but I'm absolutely shattered after getting used to sleeping again! For those of you who've been through it, was there anything you particularly did or is it just a case of riding it out for as long as it takes?
