20 month old suddenly won’t sleep, please help

DD has always been a decent sleeper and usually sleeps through the night and has a 1-2 hour nap with little trouble. Now however, she won’t go down for naps, she won’t go down at bedtime, she’s waking up screaming 3-4 times a night. She’ll only settle if we go in to her but even then she doesn’t seem content- she moans and writhes around and throws her dummy away. I’m exhausted and so is she, every day is just full of tantrums because she’s clearly sleep deprived. Wtf has happened?? What can I do?

Is she teething maybe? My son is 20 months and cutting all his canines. I sleep in his bed with him but he's still waking a lot and doesn't seem comfortable so I've been giving him calpol or ibuprofen.
