Night nanny for teething?

I’m thinking about going to work in a couple of weeks once DS is 8 months. He sleeps through the night from 7-7. In DH family babies get their first tootn at 10 months so I guess that’s when I can expect DS to start teething. I’m really dreading it especially when I hear stories about babies waking all night long. I can’t imagine going to work having not slept for days. Would a night nanny be good to have? Can you get them on an ad hoc basis? Thanks!
