Hi,

Has anyone sought the help of Ann Caird in helping their child sleep? My 11 month old bad sleeper has become even worse as of 2 weeks ago and we're losing our minds. We don't like the idea of controlled crying and what she seems to offer seems like a good thing to try (if it works that is)

Cheers

Hi, I am looking to contact Ann Caird for help to teach my 7.5 month old daughter to sleep who is currently waking every hour and my anxiety is now sky high due to prolonged sleep deprivation. I checked every page of her website but couldn't find any contact details. I would really appreciate if anyone could post her details please.

@MumToBe1980 Thank you so much. I'm not on social media so never thought about that. I will check on fb. Did you use her services? Did it help?

Aw you must be exhausted, sleep deprivation is awful. Yes I did use her services and I highly recommend her. Ann is a lovely lady and really knows her stuff. My little girl who is 17 months went from only bf to sleep and waking every 2 hours to going to sleep next to me and waking around once per night, we have even had some full nights sleep! She spends about 2 hours asking lots of questions and then provides written guidance so it is tailored to your baby. Let me know if you have any more questions x
