Night feeds suddenly started again

About 3/4 weeks ago, my 11 month old twins started sleeping through the night (at long long last). I occasionally would have to get up to give them a quick settle if they woke crying, either a quick 'shh pat' or pop a dummy back in the mouth. The last 4 nights my girl is going right through with no interference needed but my boy has started waking for milk again. I've tried not feeding him but all that means is that we are up for over 2 hours with him being upset and refusing to settle. When I finally relent and give him a bottle, he drinks loads then falls back to sleep.
Anyone else experience baby dropping then taking the night feed back up? Did they naturally drop out again?
I'm feeling so disheartened today, we had made so much progress and really thought we were on our way to getting our nights back :(

My 12 month old recently started this after sleeping through previously. I’m putting it down to teething, hopefully just that! The last 2-3 weeks he’s probably waking 4-5 times a week for a bottle. He was recently a bit poorly too. Could it be something like that?

Maybe he's just hungry, is he getting enough to eat in the daytime?

He's not been poorly and not currently teething (believe me, when he's teething we all know about it ha!). I'm wondering if maybe it's a growth spurt and I should up the amount of food he's having during the day so he isn't waking hungry.
It started during the super hot weather and i didn't want to refuse him in case he was dehydrated (offering water doesn't work for my two) and I'm worried I've re-established that night time feed habit without meaning to 🙈.
I'm getting ever closer to returning to work and it's starting to feel like I'm still going to be up during the night with them when I do 😩
