Please share 15 month old routine

DS routine has gone out the window the past few months.
I need to get him back on track. I think there's several issues - sleeping too much in the day, not eating enough, eating too late, bed too late then over tired.

There are no underlying medical issues besides the usual snuffles and teething. He is 11.5kg and while not walking or cruising the furniture he is very good at getting around on his bum.

Please can you share your routine so I can see what I can aim for.

Ideally at the moment we would like a 7.30 - 8am wake up. At the moment it's 5.30am after eventually getting him to sleep at 10.30pm after a battle.

All advice is appreciated.

My 15 month old DS wakes between 6-7. We give him milk when he wakes

8am: breakfast
8.20: accompanies DS1 on nursery run
9-10: playtime at home (not walking or cruising either so it's hard)
10: 45 min nap in cot with dummies and blackout blind

10.45/11: wake up, water, snack and playtime

11.45: nursery pick up

12:00 lunch

12.30-1.30: playtime

1.30-3.30: nap

3:30: wake up and then playtime till dinner at 4.30/5pm

5.30/6: bathtime, milk, stories and bed by 7

Generally sleeps through although often he will wake at 10.30 and only milk will settle him, trying to introduce water instead

Naps 11.30am - 1.30pm roughly. Sometimes until 2pm.
Lunch when he wakes
Dinner 5.30pm
Bed time starts about 7pm. Asleep between 7.30pm and 8pm

DD is 16 months and finally transitioned to 1 nap between 15 and 16 months. Her current routine is:

6.45-7am - wake up
7.15am - milk 200mls (most people skip it and offer breakfast earlier but DD likes milk)
8.15am - breakfast
11.45-12am - lunch
12.45-3pm - nap (we usually have to wake DD up otherwise she has trouble settling for the night)
3.15pm - snack (small youghurt)
5.15pm - dinner
6.15pm - milk 200mls
7.15pm - bed, asleep by 7.30pm

While DD was still on 2 naps, she began waking up earlier and earlier (at some point her start of the day moved to 5.45am). It took a couple of weeks for the new (1 nap based) routine to settle and for her wake ups to move back to a more reasonable time (DH and I both get up for work at 6.45am so it is ideal if DD wakes up at approximately the same time).

Thank you all so much for the replies.
I'm sorry Its been so late in getting back to you, the last few days have been crazy. :/
Its great to see some real life examples.
@wintertravel1980, my DS sounds exactly like your little one when transitioning to one nap! You have given me hope!
