My 6 month old goes to bed at 7.15pm sleeps until 7.15am with a wake up for a bottle around 3/4am.
He naps three times a day give or take depending on what we are doing out in the car etc or Home.
He seems to want his AM nap the soonest after waking in the morning around 2hours after waking where as during the day he won’t need to nap until more 3 hours. Anyone else find this I’ve read it’s quite common?

My son used to be the same, he would wake around 7 and need a nap after we had dropped his brother of at school at 9 lol

Yes, followed a 2-3-4 routine (first nap 2 hours after waking, second nap 3 hours after waking from first, bedtime 4 hours later). It’s very common.

I don’t follow a routine and my little one - now 9 months, doesn’t last much longer than an hour after waking.

Yes at 6 months we did
7am wake
9-10 nap
12.30/1-3 nap
6.30 bed
9-10 nap
12.30-1.45 nap (on a bad day)
4-4.30 nap
7pm bed

Yep sounds like my 6 month old. She wants to go back to sleep about 90 mins after getting up for the day. If she's up at 6.30am she can be back asleep for 8am til about 9am. I go back to bed too which is nice!

Awake time gets longer as the day goes on.

Totally normal for that age.

Yep that’s what mine is doing, she used to nap after being awake 2 hours throughout the day but had started following the 2-3-4 schedule
