Fluid on babys chest 1 month on from c section? Keeps groaning and croaking at night

Just wondered if anyone else experienced this. When ds was born we were told he had mucus on his chest as he was born by c section. He was quite wheezy. 1 month on and its still noticeable, if not worse the past two days. Seems worse at night. He writhes and croaks like hes trying to cough. Scared me to death at 4am yesterday as sounded like a wheezy duck. Tried burping etc. Hes also quite sicky at times.

Anyone else with c section experience this and know when it clears?
