My 3month old just will not go to sleep.
I've got yawning, rubbing eyes but no sleep.
When I think he drops off to sleep it's only light and he wakes up straight away crying and kicking.

He's usually so good at sleeping/getting to sleep

Ahhhh

I am looking for some help or advice from maybe someone who has been in the same situation , I have a 20 month old daughter who has been quite a good sleeper until she was probably 1 years old. She then started waking at night but could easily be settled back off with a quick cuddle after 10 Mins. However recently things are just getting worse to the point she is waking up for about 3-5 hours a night. She is waking An we are managing to settle her back to sleep with a cuddle but she rewakws again suddenly. She has a comfort blanket she sleeps with but this doesn’t help at night. She also has a dummy but is still screaming the house down when we try to put her back. We have tried to comfort her, bring her in our bed which I know isn’t suitable but these are things you try to get some sleep. She will not settle. At this point she isn’t crying so I don’t think there is anything wrong with her but she then starts to try and play, chat and seem awake. We try telling her it’s bedtime, dark, time to sleep but she doesn’t take this in. When we try her back in her cot. She screams. We have tried to let her cry but she just gets into such a state, she would not ever go to sleep and it’s awful to hear. She goes to bed at 6.45 evenings and she self settles so she is not rocked to sleep and never has been. She has a nap in the day which can be from 1-2.5 hours. I am thinking maybe I should stop this but I don’t know if she would manage without this? Please help. I am currently pregnant and really want to get past this before baby number 2 comes. Thank you all for reading and I really hope someone can offer me help and make me feel it’s not just me. Just don’t know where and why it’s all changed.
