Just that really! Our routine really isn't working as he seems to love sleeping during the day and isn't so good at it at night. Need ideas of how to work on things.
Would love to have a rough idea of others food/ milk/ nap times. Thanks!

At 7 months I had just dropped the 3rd nap, although there might be odd days here are there with 3 naps still. Our routine was:

7am - usual wake up time. Would be woken if not already awake

7.15-8am - porridge made with about 5oz of milk (this is a lot of porridge). Then a slice of toast to chew on. Then milk to drink then sliced fruit. All while penned-in the high chair

9am - (after school run) bottom half stripped to nappy, into sleeping bag, into cot with dummy.

11am - more often than not I had to wake her. She would sleep longer but I needed to fit a second nap in before afternoon school run so woke to allow for enough awake time.

11am - milk feed upon waking

12-12.30pm - 4 course lunch. Savoury meat-based 6m baby food jar spoon fed. Then a selection of whatever I was having as finger food (ususlly in the form of a Plowmans selection). Then spoon fed natural yoghurt mixed with fruit puree. Then sliced fruit as finger food. Also a drink of squash.

1pm - milk feed offered. Stripped to top and nappy, into sleeping bag with dummy and into cot.

3pm - woken for school run. Usually needed to be woken up, would sleep longer. I think a 2-4pm nap would have suited better but it didn't for with my school run

4pm - milk feed upon return from school run

5.30pm - 4 course dinner. Savoury meat-based 6m baby food jar spoon fed. Then a whatever we were having as finger food (eaten with the family at the table). Then spoon fed natural yoghurt mixed with fruit puree. Then sliced fruit as finger food

7.30pm - milk feed and bedtime routine. Bath 2 or 3 times a week, into nightwear, into sleeping bag, into cot with dummy (bedtime story didn't start until about 18m)

At 7 months she wasn't sleeping through but also wasn't having night feeds. Cot next to my bed. I would lie on my bed for reassurance until she was fully asleep in the cot at all sleep times, took about 10 minutes to go to sleep usually. Night wakes involved dummy reinsert and sometimes some patting or in-cot reassurance.
