Wind waking baby from naps

Is anyone else experiencing this? My 16 week old really struggles with naps through the day as wind normally wakes him and then he struggles to get back to sleep. He wakes up screaming in pain then when I get a burp he's yawning and rubbing his eyes but fights going back to sleep because he's had half an hr or so.
I Breast feed him and he has mild reflux and is on ranitidine. I also give him infacol before every feed but it seems to make no difference. I get 3 or 4 good burps after every feed but he is obviously still windy when I put him down.
Any advice would be much appreciated as my little one is getting so irritable in the day and I hate to see him like that :(

Maybe consider letting baby nap in a sling on you. That's a good upright position for helping wind out.

I agree about trying naps in something with a raised head position. If you are not a fan of the sling, a bouncy chair, swing or rocker also holds baby in a head-raised position.

Dummies are known to help with reflux and colic. Have you tried one?

Thanks for advice
My little boy sucks his thumb so have stopped giving him a dummy as he prefers that x
