Baby waking toddler

Ds1 is finally in his own room (after husband finally cleared his crap out of it) ds2 is a noisy feeder and has reflux so numerous unsettled periods in the night. We have both bedroom doors closed, and there is a stairwell between the rooms, but even so ds1 has been disturbed. Mostly early morning when presumably he's ready to wake soon. But some other times too.

Was thinking of low radio or whilew noise in his room to muffle the noise?

We have white noise machine in toddlers bedroom...works a treat! We can throw parties and she's undisturbed (I wish I still had a life where I threw parties 🤣) ....baby does not disturb her 👍

White noise, fairly loud, is a good idea.

Aside from that, I'd make DS1 entirely your DHs responsibility in the night/morning. Him waking because of the baby shouldn't be something you have to deal with.

We played the radio and if the toddler woke up it was OH's problem.
