Hello. Our son Jonah is nearly 9 weeks old. He's a good sleeper in his cot during the day and at night, but between 5pm and 11pm it's a bit of a different story! He is clearly really tired, but seems to fight sleep and will wake repeatedly after being settled/fed to sleep. I appreciate he is still really young, and we're under no illusion that he should be in a 'routine' at this early stage, but I am keen to hear any suggestions/ideas/experiences from people about managing this part of the day. We've recently started introducing a 'routine' in the evenings, consisting of a bath at around 6.30pm, followed by a feed, in the hope of encouraging him to start differentiating between day and night a little, and to sleep during the evening before a late feed at around 11/11.30. I am not complaining in the slightest - it's such early days and we of course enjoy the cuddles, but equally at some point it would be nice to have our evenings back so it would be great to hear other people's experiences! Thanks in advance.
