At 17 months ours was:

6.30/7am wake
9.30-11am nap (woken at 11, to ensure pm nap will happen before school run)
1pm-3pm nap (usually starts stirring from 2.30, woken at 3pm if not awake for school run)
7.30/8pm bedtime

At 20m she started making the transition to 1-nap days, routine then was:

6.30/7am wake
11am early dinner
11.15am - 2.30/3pm wake
7.30/8pm bed

From 24m she settled into 1-nap days (she's now 2y3m) and routine is:

7.30/8pm bed
12-3pm nap
7/7.30am wake

7am wake
12.30 nap (earlier if he's had a busy morning) for 1.5-2.5 hours...depends how disturbed a night he's had, whether he's at nursery or at home. Thinking of limiting this to help night sleep.
7.45pm asleep.

Ds is a great napper, but doesn't reliably sleep through. Does it once or twice a week and gets close (through till 4/5am) another couple of times a week. Usually one or two nights up for 1hr+

Wake up anywhere between 6-7am (usually gets woken by her older sister as they share a room).

Nap after lunch at around 12:30 - can sleep until as late as 4pm sometimes. If we are going out in the afternoon I can often get away with putting her down at around 9:30am for an hour or so, although not sure how long this will last as she gets older.

Bed at 7pm - usually sleeps through.

Naps for 30 mins 1130-1200

Goes to bed at 8. Wakes at 5. Gets up 3/4 times a night still. She's never been a good sleeper and this is the best it's ever been.
