Hi all

My DD is 9 months old, and is refusing to nap anywhere but on me!! It's okay when we're out and about as she will sleep in her buggy, but when we are at home the moment I put her in her cot or buggy she wakes!!

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get her to nap in her cot? Need her doing it asap as she starts nursery soon!

Her current routine is:
7-7.30am wake
9-9.30am till about 10.30am nap
2-2.30pm till approx 4pm nap
7.30pm bed

Thanks all

No tips to stop the naps on you, my DS2 always naps on me when I'm there but I wouldn't worry too much about nursery. In a different environment with different people I'm sure your DD will sleep differently. When I'm at work DS1 naps in his pushchair for DP.

My 9.5 month old son is exactly the same, he is asleep on me now. I got so sick of trying to get him to nap in the cot with no success I've just given in as I can get him to sleep on me in 5 mins. He will also start nursery soon so no idea what will happen then! So no advice I'm afraid, I've just accepted I'll never get anything done. I hope someone else comes along with some tips for us both.
